I highly recommend Goodhue Ossipee. The entire staff, from Brianna who runs the dock to Brian who manages the valet and yard team to Ryan who handles service are excellent. The folks working the dock and yard are all fantastic. They make sure you have what you need and get boat repairs done quickly if needed. Mechanics are also skilled and fixed a complex engine issue for me quickly and got me back in the water at a reasonable price.
It was a pleasure doing business with Tim, Kendra, Brian and the rest of the staff at Goodhue Boat Company. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I would rate them more than 5 stars if it was allowed. Our small lake community in California does not allow gas powered watercrafts and my wife is not too keen on getting on one of our kayaks. We were searching for different types pedal powered boats like the 2 - 4 seater plastic ones when we came across the Paddle Qwest on YouTube that we fell in love with but couldn’t find any in the west coast, in fact, we couldn’t even find a used one anywhere. Also, Apex Marine stopped making them. Last year I came across Goodhue’s website and they had 2 brand new Paddle Qwest pontoons available. I paid a deposit right away to secure one and paid it off after. I completed the purchase nearing end of fall and with severe weather bearing down most of the country, I felt it unsafe to have this boat and trailer towed. Tim was very nice to offer storing it through the winter/early spring. I finally had contracted a someone from Citizen Shipper to tow it and now my family is enjoying our boat. Many thanks again to all the staff at Goodhue Boat Company for such a wonderful purchasing experience!

We unfortunately had a less than positive interaction with Goodhue this past summer. First they rented us a boat from the location that was the furthest from where we were staying- and when we found out would not change the pick up location Second- they rented us a boat that proved to have engine problems - a bent shaft- this they never acknowledged a faulty starter that prevented us from using the boat for a full day (they had to tow the boat back to the marina and did not leave us a replacement) --- Third- a bit silly but they never told us we needed to take a written test to drive the boat we rented and paid for in full -- and I showed up to pick up the boat without my glasses- yup i of course failed the written test then when we managed to cause our own problems on the replacement boat ( we bent a shaft) they were quick to assess full damages without consideration for the problems with the boats noted above.
