Today my wife and I purchased a new Mastercraft NXT24 from Goodhue in Meredith. We took multiple test rides and found our salesperson, Tyler Johnson, to be very knowledgeable on the product and extremely patient with the entire sale process. We found Tyler to be extremely professional with just the right amount of follow through but without getting the typical sales pressure that you can get when buying a boat or a car.
Above and so very far beyond! Our boat had an unexpected failure and Goodhue is the local Chaparral dealer. Brianna came to get us immediately, took my daughter to work, and put us in a boat while we worked with Chase and Chris to get us into our new Chaparral. Our bank was delayed in disbursement, but the team at Goodhue kept us on the water and our island home with extreme patience, flexibility and understanding. This could have been a giant hassle, but I'm left only with the impression that the team at Goodhue did everything right. We are thankful and wildly impressed.
