If you’re in the market for an RV, Travel Trailer or the like you need to come buy from here! Joel, Kim, and Riley are amazing folks! We drove from Tennessee to purchase our Lance 2465 because of our experience with Joel. He answered every question we had, and as first time owners we had a lot. Purchasing through wiring was a breeze. Joel and Kim were immediate to respond through text, email, and phone calls. When we arrived the travel trailer was cleaned and ready for a walkthrough. Joel gave us a thorough walkthrough that took about 2 hours. He went over everything component and Joel answered all of our questions. Kim explained all the paperwork and had everything ready for our arrival. After the long drive and walkthrough we were going to get a hotel. Joel hooked us up to water and electric and we stayed the first night on the lot! It was a great way to learn everything and get some more questions answered in the morning. We will be back anytime we need anything. We will recommend Go Play RV and Marine to all of our friends and family who are in the market for an RV or TT. I can’t say enough about how awesome our experience was from start to finish. We are driving off with our new home and ready for our adventure and we feel so confident due to Joel’s expertise and care throughout the whole process!
We drove a thousand miles last Oct to buy our first travel trailer from Go Play Rv and Marine. I’ve negotiated and owned a few vehicles during my 70+ years. So I’d like to think my experience helped but credit Joel & Kim for making the process a breeze for a couple of RV first timers and seeing to it that our experience was positive in every way. The product, a Lance 2285 was a very clean one year old travel trailer from a previous owner. We’re now over 60 days and 2k miles into our first major outing w/ the trailer and the product too is living up to expectations and everything Joel & Kim said it would be. I’m happy they are able to continue growing w/ a new facility this year and happy too to recommend this family run business.

I was looking for months for a trailer that fit all my requirements and reasonably priced. Finally came across the perfect one that met all my needs at Go Play RV. I made an inquiry on a Sunday expecting a response Monday or Tuesday, but much to my surprise Joel responded on Sunday. We did the deal over the phone with confidence, Joel was so reassuring if we were not happy we can undo everything, coming from central Arizona it helped make us feel very comfortable. When we arrived we where very pleased and had no surprises, Joel and Dave helped set up my hitch and deal with some truck issues as well. Thank you all for a effortless (on my part) transaction, our trip home went wonderfully. Fantastic people to do business with.
