Just purchased a pontoon boat and found this place. I was needing life jackets and a new prop. Randy’s wife gave me a discount on the lifevest because l bought so many!! Saved me $85!!! Randy helped me with a prop but l didn’t have my boat so he sold me what he thought would work. Even gave me a few parts he thought l could possibly need from their scrap parts for free. Randy took time to explain how to do it multiple times. Turns out the prop didn’t work and we had to order it. I told him l was taking it out that day and he said to hold on and let him see if he could find something for me to use aside from the cheap composite prop l had. He couldn’t find anything ,but l appreciated the effort. He didn’t have to offer any help at all. I found everyone at Get Wet to be very friendly. I found Randy to be very knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to help. I’m looking forward to continued business with these folks. Great first impression
Let me just say how absolutely AWESOME these guys are to deal with Mike Kolb and Eric Minter are just outstanding. They've taken me in like a stray animal from another dealership and made me feel like family. They replaced my V-drive in August in RECORD time, and are completing other miscellaneous warranty work currently. Their work ethic and communication is superior to any place I have ever dealt with!
