Jeremy and Matt are great guys to deal with! I Purchased a 2020 Ranger Z185 and it was a great experience! I had a issue with my boat after plugging it in to charge, I messaged Matt at 9pm that night and he responded immediately. The issue was taken care of the next morning before 8:30am when they open by their service department. If you want top notch service with no pressure then you need to check these guys out! I was searching for someone to work on my 9.9 Yamaha outboard and the reviews were favorable and I gave them a try. They communicated what they were going to propose to fix it and had the work done in two days. My 9.9 purrs like a kitten and is ready to go. They will be my new 'go to' dealer for service from here on out.
Wow. I cannot say enough about Matt, Jeff, and the entire staff at Freedom Outdoors. I purchased my first boat from them 2 weeks ago. Such a smooth and transparent process. Then, a few days after I picked it up, I took it out to the lake for our first trip. Within 20 min, the trolling motor cable busted. I contacted them, brought it back up, and had it fixed in no time and at no cost to me. Keep in mind this was a used boat, bought as is, with no warranty! These guys are the real deal. They care more about their customers relationships than any other business I have worked with. If you are looking to buy or are in need of repairs, start with Freedom. I doubt you will want to go anywhere else.
