Greg was fantastic. Greg, Justin and Eli in the service dept was an absolute blessing. I was a few days into my trip back to lake Guntersville trip and I was having trim issues with my boat. I stopped at freedom first thing the next morning expecting most likely to have to ruin my trip however after arrival they treated me like family and got me in that same day and got my boat back out on the water so I could continue to enjoy my fishing trip and vacation. They was busy and did what they had to do to get me in quickly. I will forever be a loyal customer now. Thanks guys!
Motor wouldn’t trim and drove to Freedom Marine without appointment expecting the worst. They came out immediately and honestly diagnosed the problem as a common Mercury trim bolt issue. Fixed and on the water in a couple hours. Service rep.and mechanics were great. Less $ than expected and saved the trip. Thanks!
My son and I purchased a relatively inexpensive Lowe bass boat from Freedom. The sales staff was excellent especially considering we live 6 hours away. Pete was very helpful and willing to come in on a weekend if it was more convenient for us. All of the electronics and financing were handled over the phone and the deal I was quoted was the delay I signed for. It was easier than buying my last truck. However, we did have some issues after the sale that forced us to bring the boat back for warranty work. Freedom treated us like we bought a $90k boat. Their warranty staff is top notch. The owner even offered to transport the boat if a truck could not be found. Who else does that these days? After dealing with Lowe and Freedom my boat came back far better than new. Lowe made some performance upgrades that I did not even know were needed. My son and I could not be happier. Despite the 6 hour drive I WILL be buying my next boat from Freedom. If you are a first time buyer, do yourself a favor and call. You will not regret it. By far the best boat dealership ever!!
