I have purchased three different Yamaha outboard motors from Troy during the last few years, they repowerd two of my boats. I have had excellent service and communication each time . I live at the potholes in eastern Washington and gladly make the 3.5 hour drive for the service.
Been going to this place for 10 plus years my grandfather bought a motor from this place and i had all my work done i trusted Jeff until he hired Wendell, that man is the most crooked person i have ever met. Did unauthorized work which cost me thousands of dollars more than my original quote. Had motor issues as soon as i left bayside i took it to another shop and they told me someone messed with my polsercoil and loosened it which did damage to my flywheel now i have going to have to spend even more money, bottom line wendell is a crook
This is the most honest place I have ever bought from! I recently purchased a used boat from these guys and It was a great experience. Jeff and the owner would not sell me the boat until it was sea-trialed. Jeff found the engine had problems and deeply discounted the boat so I could afford to put a new motor on.
