We purchased a Sea Ray deck boat from Erwin Marine about 20 years ago but had to let it go some years later. We are now near retirement and wanted another boat, so we returned to Erwin and worked with Rob Severe to purchase a new Harris tritoon. Rob was terrific from the first introduction and gently helped us through the selection and purchase process, with no pressure whatsoever. He is a knowledgeable boating enthusiast and clearly wants to help others find what's just right for them, and never tried to sell us something of his choosing. The marina is terrible! I've had 2 different boats in storage the past 5 years. Recently raised to the rates by a stupid amount because they want more money. I have to pull boats in myself every time im there just to get mine out. My son's and friends have to work there to be able to get our boats out but they want you to pay more. I have to raise my motor as high as it will go just to get out because they wont pay to cut the weeds out fo the water drop area. You have to wait to get gas because they are toooo cheap to get self pay. The mechanics are terrible and charge you astronical rates for mediocre work. This place has gone way down hill over the years. Im taking by boat out of this place! The owners only care about the $. Don't use this place.
