Ellis Marine has been excellent. They cleaned sand out of my impaler and foot that I accidentally put in there while breaking in my motor and went through a sand bar that was just under the water. They went above and beyond on fixing it and did not charge me then. I can't say enough good things about their dedication and service work!
I had a hose come loose on live well of my boat. It was fixed within 24 hours and they are going to deliver the boat back to me which is over an hour away from them. Highly recommend them! My previous boat before Ellis was purchased at a big dealership and I did not receive great service from them. At Ellis they stand behind their word!
Ellis Marine took a chance during the pandemic and ordered our boat and what a great job they did. We absolutely love the boat. There was some hick ups due to getting our motor from Japan, but it all worked out in the end. We are totally happy with this great boat. Customer service with Jason was top notch !
