Chase was the man.. he taught us everything we needed to know about the boat. When we had a slight issue with a seat on the boat he took care of it without us asking. The marina makes things easy. You pull the boat straight in and then they dock it for you. Past marinas I’ve used made me dock into a tight spot which was ok but a little stressful. This was very stress free and easy to rent for a few hours. Would definitely go back!
Decent place to rent boats on Candlewood Lake, though I am not sure if there is much competion. The best bang for your buck are pontoons if you have a large group. You do not need a boaters license, interestingly, to rent and drive. Open until mid October for seeing the foliage and such. We rented in September and were assured the battery would be fine, but careful playing music on the boat speakers while the engine isn't running as it could drain the battery.
I rented a pontoon boat with my family for a couple of hours. The experience was five stars from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The lake was beautiful with the setting sun. Overall great experience. I'm planning on renting for longer next time. The kindness of all the staff was exemplary and deserves to be called out again. Great job!
Owned boats that I have bought from Echo bay Marina for 30 hrs very reliable business, but this rental club is the way to go. They are so organized, boats are clean, not old, easy out , you have a great day and easy in. They do all the hard parts. Highly recommended. Even my dog had a great time. 😄🐾
