I recently bought a Malibu response TXI at east coast Flightcraft. My sales person Kyle Ludwig did an outstanding job and was very responsive test driving the boat and ensuring I was educated on every aspect of the boat. The owner Dan Lemieux personally attended the test drive and was very hands-on during the entire process. Both Kyle and Dan made what could be a very stressful process go very smooth. When I picked the boat up, I went right to the lake. And had a couple of questions while I was on the first outing I called Kyle and he answered the phone both times and took care of my questions. I highly recommend. My family ended up buying a new wake boat with Kyle. Kyle was very pleasant and made the process very easy for my parents. The knowledge and experience at East Coast Flightcraft of Massachusetts is top notch.
They have smoothed out every little and in one case big bump in the road. Was connected with a tech within 5 minutes of the big bump. Boat was looked at the following morning. Picked up that evening (two hour to the boat and two back to Mass) Boat was fixed and tested on the water by mid afternoon. Cannot thank Dan and Nick enough. See you this week to pick it up!
