I can not tell you what a great team they have put together. I flew from South Carolina to Connecticut to look at a Donzi 38 ZX. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the attitude of everyone all the way down to the boat detailing staff. Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions. I purchased the Donzi and trailered it back. I admit I had a few problems when I got her on the water. Remember I am 18 hours away from them. They could have said it’s your problem now !! They DID NOT. I explained the situation and they immediately sent me parts to fix the boat. Unfortunately what they sent did not fix the problem. It took alot of time and parts to try and get her fixed. Finally I exhausted all possibilities I could think of. Tom the service man stated probably gonna have to take it somewhere to get diagnosed and repaired. I found a fully accredited Merc mechanic. Took him two days and three lake runs to finally figure it out. All along Diamond stood with me on getting her fixed. Sent the bill to Diamond. Had a great conversation with Karl Muller explained everything he stated he wanted to do the right thing and is sending full payment. In my opinion he and everyone at Diamond went way above snd beyond any and all expectations that I had. If you have any questions about these people don’t hesitate to do buisness with them. They are proof that there are still some reputable dealerships that care about their customers.
Purchased a 255 Steiger Miami and a little background on why I give them 5 stars. When I asked for a sea trial for the 23 and the 25 Miami’s back in January, I showed up at 9 am on a cold Saturday morning (15 degrees and blowing over 25). They had both boats in the water at the dock waiting for me. Once I decided on the 25, every interaction with Mark and Tom was professional and responsive. They always called back immediately. They did EVERYTHING they said they’d do and their technical expertise is excellent. In the office I dealt with Ginny who handled all the purchasing paperwork. She was also highly professional and responsive. Can’t say enough about the Diamond Marine team. This company obviously has very high standards. Lastly, I’ll mention I’ve owned 10 boats over the years and this is by far the best dealer I’ve dealt with.
