I had some issues with the independent contractors installation (not related to DnD nor was he on their recommended list) and Casey went above and beyond expectations to assist me in resolving same. Nicely done, and he gets a potential repeat customer in return.
I have been to this location many times for various parts and dock and hoist. They always take the time to answer my questions and help me out each time I stop in. Today, I visited for a broken jet ski hoist winch. Although they were very busy, the owner still took the time to take my winch to his shop to diagnose the issue. After a good 10 minutes of working on it, he found out the issue and fixed it...at no charge. Thank you very much!! I will continue to go there for all of my boating, dock and hoist needs. Five stars all the way.
