Our pontoon boat was picked up for service. I was told on Tuesday the part would be in on Friday and would get it back beginning of the next week. I specifically asked if it would be outside and if so we would come and put the cover on. Per the service writer I was assured it would be kept inside so I trusted her. We received our boat back and it was completely soaked!! There was 8 inches of water under the back seat which doesn’t have a drain. It obviously was not kept inside as we were told. Everything was trashed including cushions, carpet, and anything under the seats. I called the service writer to let her know of my frustration and she hung up on me!!! Although Eric (service manager) tried to smooth it over by giving an adjustment, I feel this company did not take care of our boat while it was in their possession and would not recommend them. UPDATE: Centerpointe came to our boat and did a detailed cleaning. I commend Bill and Eric for doing everything possible to rectify the situation. With that said, they have new policies in place and I would recommend them for service.
