Over Memorial Day weekend, we realized we wanted to purchase and used jet ski from M&R. They are closed for the holiday but Kristi sent us pictures of the PWC we were looking at and let us know someone can help us Tuesday. Come Tuesday, Fawn reached out to us. She had to work with both my fiance and me via phone call/email. The whole process went so smooth and she didn’t skip a beat going back and forth between us and making sure all our questions were answered. Within a few very short phone calls/emails we were new owners of a jet ski. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Thanks M&R!
I kept trying but am now done. The service department needs help, they cannot seem to look up parts correctly, cannot get them in ... AT ALL. Cannot create a quote for what you believe to be the problem and will not allow you to speak to someone who actually understand what your asking for. I've run a service department for years this isn't what it's supposed to look like.
We bought a used pontoon boat from a private sale, the boat had been sitting for quite some time and had some maintenance issues. After several unsuccessful visits to our local marine center to get the boat in a reliable order we brought the boat to Casper Marine & Rec. Val did a fantastic job keeping us informed, she quickly identified the issue and scheduled the work. Val kept us informed of the progress and called with other suggested repairs to get our approval before scheduling additional work. Val seemed ready to help us prioritize work and was mindful with our budget. After all work was completed a staff member took the boat out to the lake to verify all repairs and gave us extra confidence for our next outing. We traveled 2 hours to get our boat fixed and were very pleased with every step of the process. Excellent customer service and we will definitely go back in the future for our boating needs.
White’s Marine is the best place to buy a boat! We called and put down a deposit, sight unseen, for a used boat. We traveled to Casper and bought the boat within the week. After launching a few times, the boat needed a few minor repairs. Craig, Fawn and Val made sure everything was done correctly. They scheduled everything and kept us up to date on the repairs. Our boat was repaired on time and as promised. We are so happy with our purchase and will be doing business with them again!
