Bought a great 6hp suzuki outboard. Service is the best.
I inquired about a 1989 Mercury Outboard Motor that was listed on Facebook. I simply asked for more information, but the sales representative (who I believe is the owner, Kumar) became hostile when I asked questions about the motor’s condition. The ad itself was vague, and instead of providing clarification, he berated me and even went as far as calling my phone to yell at me for “wasting his time.” I would strongly advise exercising extreme caution when dealing with this business.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A GUY NAMED KUMAR. IF HE IS THE OWNER, GOOD LUCK! COMPLETY DISRESPECTFUL AND WENT ON TO THREATEN ME AND MY WIFE...OVER A SIMPLE TRADE IN FOR A PONTOON BOAT. AND THIS WAS ALL ONLINE. I COULD NOT IMAGINE WHAT IT WOULD HAVE ESCALATED TO IN PERSON. TERRIBLE! IT'S DEFINITELY NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS! OH, AND I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF THE CONVERSATION, KUMAR.
Captiva's service was top notch! Adam got me right in to check out my Suzuki outboard even though he was busy. When he was finished, he took the time to answer all my questions and show me a few things. Well worth the drive!!
They installed a brand new Suzuki motor on my boat and did an excellent job.
