Butler Marine was very accommodating at getting me in quick and diagnosing the issues with my Suzuki 140hp engine. We knew there was water in the oil and time was of the essence and they were able to get it torn apart quickly and get me back up and running. Will Wilson the technician did an amazing job! After picking up the boat there was an issue with a sensor and they were accommodating again getting the problem diagnosed and fixed that same day. I can’t thank Butler Marine enough for all they did.

Tough to write a negative review as Reed the salesman here deserves 10 stars, but service at this location for Sportsman is bad. My 1.5 year old boat has never been right and had non-stop electrical issues. Negligence seems like the issue in that department. Twice they’ve claimed it’s fixed, but both times it’s not and unfortunately this last time was end of my warranty period. Emailed to let them know their fix during warranty period didn’t fix my issues and I was ignored. Now Im paying someone to do it right on an expensive and new 252 that had flaws from the beginning
