Drove all the way down there from Knoxville Tennessee to do business. Couldn’t be more pleased with how I was treated and how they were willing to work with me even though my boat motor on my trade in was blown up. Katie went out of her way to make sure I went home with the boat I came to buy. Will most definitely make the trip again when I’m ready for another boat and would encourage anyone else to do the same.

Re-powered my pontoon boat with a new mercury 250, drove 1 1/2 hour, experience was five star. Katie was my salesperson, the technicians went over break-in procedures with me. It was just a great all-around experience. Highly recommend Bucks Island.
This place is as shady as it gets. I wouldn't buy a used boat plug from them. I purchased a boat from them and they were absolutely zero help when dealing with the manufacturer. Now a good friend was going to purchased what was told to him as a gently used mint condition boat when in actuality was a wrecked boat that was being repaired. Luckily someone slipped up and said something so he avoided it. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Update!!! There response is a blatant lie. They stayed silent through literally the whole process. I to have the multiple emails where I had to contact skeeter personally. Up to the last one where I got the CEO Jeff Stones email address and contacted him directly. Only then was my issues resolved expeditiously which restored my confidence in skeeter. However this place only did what they were told to do by skeeter. As for the graphs being switched they and them driving 3 hr to get a cable is minor compared to the multiple 8hr round trips i spent dropping off my boat to them and the trip to Texas. Then after receiving the new boat there were multiple things I had to fix due to the boat just being thrown together to get it out the door. While I would buy another skeeter I would never purchase it from this place.
