I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Negotiated and looked at a 2108 Yamaha for a week stopping by in person a few times. Knew the amplifier was missing, but dealership agreed to install one. Came back to purchase and still no amp. Had to wait 5 days to pick up, but was told amp would be installed when I picked up. No amp and still no amp 18 days late! I called, texted salesman, and even got hung up on by the owner with no call back on status of amp. I finally purchased my own amp after 18 days of no contact with the dealer, which was the one recommended by the speaker company for $668. I emailed them for reimbursement with receipt and I immediately heard back with a generic response. After installing it, they wanted me to uninstall it and return it so they could put a cheap eBay amp in. I felt bad for the salesman who was young and we agreed upon him paying $500 for amp and I would eat the rest. But when the owner, who is his mother got involved, she claimed I was preying upon the weak and they would only pay half. I told him I felt sorry for putting up with her and agreed for him to pay $450, but she would not come off it and I told her it was not about the money at this point. Terrible customer service and the owner has no right owning a business. Best way to describe the business, a sleesy car sales vibe with a Russian accent.
🚳‼️ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BOCAPOWERSPORTS THEY SOLD ME A BLOWOUT ENGINE…. I could not test drive it. I had to put down money first about time. I got 10 miles out and started overheating. Call them. They avoided me for 30 days. I haven’t had a good ride on this yet , I didn’t Even want to put a one star . Everything about them is crooked. I’m telling customers now it is dangerous to be up there Buying anything because they have customers that did some things while I was there that should’ve been a red flag. And it wasn’t friendly . they need to be investigated ASAP .,,, but anyways I’ve put over 3k into this bike . And I’ve had this bike only 3 months and that time was in the shop trying to figure out what’s the problem . I’ll give them a negative 100 stars

*** Update: No one is hiding anything. The only way to get you to respond is writing a negative review. The truck was listed for less, we were given a cash offer verbally and over text (see picture). Then we were told that you would send a contract to sign and never did. Furthermore, after your lies you then proceeded to increase the price on the listing. -Jerry *** Dishonest group of folks. One day you’re told they will sell the vehicle for a certain dollar amount cash, the next day they change their numbers, and finally, they stop responding all together. They finally went back to their original number and said they would send an email with purchasing contract reflecting the original agreed upon price. The email never came and of course, they did not respond to text messages either. Be warned, you will be willing with dishonest people. Proceed with caution, or better yet, avoid altogether.
Very nice couple!!! They gave me their word and followed through and that was awesome to me. The bike was as described. The holidays slowed the process down from the time I was approved to the time I actually got the bike. I mentioned that bc my job hindered me from picking it up and my note was due soon. So, when I finally went to pick up my bike they paid my first note!!! WOW!!! They rock!!! Thanks Boca Power Sports.
