I wanted to share another recent example of Lisa's team outstanding service and capabilities. The Grady White and the Magic Tilt got damaged on a trip to Lake Erie in 2024. Spoke with Grady about where to take the boat for the hull repairs. They directed me to a place in Hilton Head. I asked the shop to also attempt to repair the Magic Tilt trailer. Their repair attempts were incomplete, inexperienced and caused more damage to the hull the next time I tried to load the boat on the trailer, tried to attach some photos of the damage. I asked Lisa and her team to take a look at the trailer and the hull in March of 2025. They quickly and effectively made all the repairs correctly and even made some modifications to the Magic Tilt trailer so the 24' Grady floats on more smoothly and centered, preventing any damaged to the hull by the bunk boards. Well after over two weeks of phone calls, emails and going to the other two places more than once trying to get some help to just order the fender for me, everyone giving me the COVID excuse, I was at the hand in the air point. Thought I was going to have to drive to Florida, Magic Tilt head quarters, they were not particularly helpful either, COVID excuse again. Anyway to Lisa, on a hunch I stopped in, gave Lisa my story, she picks up a phone and my fender show up at my address in less than two weeks. Took her all of 3 minutes to help me and made it look as easy as I thought is should. I was most grateful and always am for her guidance. It’s a bit tricky to get under the hoist and it’s a little chaotic when they are busy. Everyone is very friendly and the guys don’t waste time when they start unloading boats. My only complaint has nothing to do with them, but every time I deliver here I have to drive through Atlanta. Boating Atlanta. Top shelf. Keep up the great work.
