We drove up from Lake Seminole to check out Boater's World Marine Center. Very impressed with the Inventory in stock and sales going on. We went in to buy a pole for our back seat for our boat. They had what we needed. The saleman was very nice and helpful. We will be back for other things. Took a few pictures while in there.

I was exceptionally impressed with the customer support I recently received from Marcus in the service department. I called and spoke with him when the outboard motor on our recently purchased new boat was exhibiting strange symptoms during a camping/fishing trip several hours from Albany. He looked up the serial number and schematic on my engine and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and gave me the information I needed to find and replace a blown fuse. I'm confident that most dealerships wouldn't have been willing to take the time to try to diagnose a similar problem over the phone and tell the boat owner how to fix the problem. Marcus' actions enabled us to get our outboard running and kept us from having to cut our trip short. After we got back to Albany and brought the boat to the service department, Marcus was able to identify a malfunctioning ignition switch, replace it, and have our boat ready for pick up in less than an hour. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service department for any maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.

Purchased a Yamaha 225 SHO, had it shipped to a local dealer in my state who installed it on my boat. The entire experience with this dealership was a pleasure. I was a little nervous about sending such a large cashier's check however they verified receipt and sent tracking information for the engine shortly afterwards. A+

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I've purchased two boats from this company over the past two years, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing, with the second being significantly worse than the first. I feel compelled to share my concerns in the hopes that others do not face the same issues. Sales Process: The sales team was unprofessional and difficult to work with. The salesman was consistently rude and unresponsive, and there was a clear lack of communication. I had to repeatedly request basic information about the boats, and even then, responses were delayed or insufficient. Paperwork and Logistics: Despite providing a four-day notice, I was unable to sign the paperwork and pick up the boat the same day. This lack of efficiency was frustrating. Furthermore, the paperwork was poorly handled. My name and address were incorrect, and many details were missing or incomplete. This caused significant delays at the tag office and required additional time and effort to correct. Product Issues: On the first day out on the water, the brand-new boat failed to operate properly. I contacted the company immediately, but the response was slow, and they were unable to offer any timely support or solutions. This was incredibly disappointing for a brand-new purchase, and I expected far better service for a product of this caliber. Financing Office: The financing department also showed a lack of attention to detail. My paperwork was filled out incorrectly, and I was contacted weeks after the purchase to re-sign documents. This unnecessary hassle added to an already stressful experience. Overall, my experiences with this company have been extremely frustrating, and I regret my decision to purchase from them. I strongly urge potential buyers to consider other options before doing business here.

Do not buy from this place! We bought a boat and trailer over a year ago and because of the incompetence of the staff there in the office we are unable to get the boat trailer in our name. Can’t even get an email response or phone call returned from this office. This has cost us more money and time that we bargained for. STAY AWAY!
