I don’t normally post here ever unless I’ve been wronged, but no way I couldn’t leave a 5 star review for this business. I have never been treated so well by any business I’ve ever ever purchased anything from before. This review comes after a very long story of how Boat Town helped us even when they didn’t have to. My family purchased a used boat off of marketplace, which I will never recommend to anyone by the way!! Boat town helped me with the issues I had with the used marketplace boat throughout the entire process. It came down to needing a new boat after two short rough trips. I spoke with Clay and told him I’ve never owned a new boat before, but after years and years of bringing a toolbox with me on every trip, I had enough. He was there with me from the beginning of my poor decisions, and offered to help find a boat that met our family needs and budget. He came through with such an amazing boat, I’m sitting here starring at it right now still in amazement of what he pulled off for us. Bonnie worked flawlessly with us to find the best financing and insurance, Daniel and Brian even took us through the boat on Travis to train us how to properly load the boat on the trailer, how to use the nav, proper maintenance, even how to navigate the water on Travis. I’m am so blow away at the level of customer service we have been giving by Boat Town. I recommend you don’t waste your time anywhere else.
We purchased a used Cobalt R5 from Boat Town and had one of the best customer experiences we’ve ever had. I can’t say enough good things about Rusty, Bonnie and Brian who facilitated the purchase. They put just as much effort into our used boat purchase as I would have expected with a new boat purchase. I’ll make the 14 hour drive when I decide to replace my current boat. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I have never been a fan of super salesy techniques or the typical buying process and headache when working with a dealer ( boat or auto ) - none of that was experienced here. This was by far the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had purchasing from a dealer. Clay was an absolute pleasure to work with and Bonnie was incredible as well. Not only did I get an incredible deal, but after my boat purchase I felt extremely taken care of. My NXT had a slight actuator issue and right away the boat town service team came by and picked up the boat to address the issue. The team brought it back fixed, fueled, cleaned, and perfectly covered. Extremely pleased with BoatTown! This is my 3rd Mastercraft and by far the best experience I’ve had!
