They were easy to work with from the beginning when we decided to consign our boat. Very clear with their information and processes. Andy, Jackie, and Thor were all easy to work with, no nonsense, and made us feel very confident in terms of their knowledge of boats. Our boat was sold quickly, the process was simple and painless and they took care of everything. Would highly recommend. Payment was fast and accurate. Bonus that they love animals and have some shop cats we got to hang with.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! First of all they truly do not know what they are doing( unless it’s their plan to play dumb, so they can get more money out of you), they have been telling me 5 different stories about my boat and didn’t know what to fix, just guessing. They DAMAGED MY BOAT, and did not claim it, refused to fix, and refused to pay for damages they did on my boat. they simply didn’t know how to put it to the trailer, this is unacceptable! They ask for cash only and do not give you the receipt for the work, so I cannot even claim the damage now. Bunch of scammers! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Stay away!
I originally bought an older boat and knew it was risky. Andy and the gang looked at it and was totally honest with me. I decided to put some work into the older motors and it didn't work out. Andy gave me solid advice and I made the decision to put the money into the older motors. The motors were from 1994 and I knew it was a gamble. Andy kept me informed and always did what he said he was going to do and for the price he said. Even when someone went wrong, Andy stepped up and made it right. We got to a point where I needed to make a decision and either spend more on the older motors or go another direction. I decided it was time to go another direction. My choice, no pressure. Andy saw where I was at and made me a good offer on repowering the boat. Something I thought I might have to do from the beginning. We worked out a deal and went for it. Everything they've done for me has been openly discussed and expertly advised, allowing me to make a well informed decision. Andy never did me wrong and never gave me bad advice. The work they did putting the two new motors on the boat is perfect. I couldn't be happier. Clean and professional. He kept me informed the whole time and even when little mishaps happened, Andy fixed them without a problem. These guys are awesome. Any of the problems I've seen in the previous reviews left with his former partner who's no longer there. I will never go anywhere else. They are honest, straight forward and reliable. I can't say enough. I'm 100 percent happy with everything. I'm a Boat Connection customer for life.
