Disappointed! secured a space for indoor storage beginning of spring when we pulled out of storage here (repeat customers). Brought to harbor end of October where they said they would have indoors the following week. Stopped by mid Nov and still outside. They said they are still working on getting it indoors also billing us for indoor storage beginning Nov. 1st. Today, Nov 28th and STILL OUTSIDE! they were short with is even threatening us saying "the more we complain the worse it will be for us". Honestly, not complaining-just wanting answers and never more disappointed in the poor level of service this place has shown. I am more than reasonable if there had been issues or even letting us know how long it would actually be to store indoors. But to be led to believe it was indoors first week of Nov, billing us when it sat outside this entire time. Good service is about communication, honesty, and empathy - none shown so, never returning nor recommending.
One of the best marinas there is!!! So well run!! The boat lift is awesome and worth it!! Convenient and the perfect location!! 20 stars if we could!!! 🌊☀️⚓️
It is a really beautiful place with a wonderful view. It looks like a nice fishing spot, and just a nice place to sit and chat the night away. I hope to come back soon.
On a boat trip (canoe) with my son down the Mississippi River the owner of this business allowed us to use an unrented boat slip for the night at no charge. He also offered to help us get to and from the hotel which was real nice,. A cab service is available in the area. We found this business to be very accommodating and to have a wonderful sense of hospitality. If you're looking to fuel up, get supplies,. Etc... I highly recommend this Marina!
Stopped for boat gas yesterday. First fuel customer of the day, so the pump was slow. But no one should be in a hurry when enjoying the beauty of the river anyway. My brother and I were greeted upon entering and the store is now really well stocked with provisions, tackle, boat parts and much more. We are lucky to have this place in town. I appreciate friendly service above all else. These guys have it down!
