I told them I was just looking, not buying that day. They were not pushy at all. They understood my situation and Answered all my questions. They treated us like family not customers. Well, you guessed it. We ended up buying the boat and it was a very pleasant experience. So glad we made the hour and forty minutes drive to Ocala. My son and I picked up our new Caymas CX 19 yesterday and could not be more pleased with the experience we had with the Team at Black Label Marine. We live in IL and came down to pick up the Caymas after a tournament on Kentucky Lake. A lot of coordination had to take place to make a seamless transaction and Keith orchestrated a symphony!! The Bob’s Jack plate I had ordered was installed and the boat was tested and detailed when we arrived. The paper work was painless and the entire Black Label Team, Keith, Lester, Madi, Andy, Marco, Chris, Don, and the gentleman that detailed the Caymas, did an outstanding job making sure everything exceeded our expectations and all our questions were answered. If you’re in the market for a new boat you need to buy it from Black Label Marine!
Too many good things to say, first and foremost I had to travel about 2 hrs for about a 1hr issue to be done because there were some disclosed issues with the local BLM shop. Keith at the service department was awesome and was very helpful with my issue and was very understanding about the issue and made the experience so much better. Madi.. she is very knowledgeable worker who I would Trust working on my outboard anytime. She walked me through all my outboard common issues and how to avoid them ,being this is my first boat. I would give these guys a 12 out of 10 stars for this visit and will hopefully see them again on my 100hrs service.
My husband and I traveled down to Ocala Florida from Chippewa Falls Wisconsin to purchase our new to us center console logging 3700 miles round trip and was worth every mile starting from a simple enquiry. We purchased a boat from Black Label Marine and we have been treated amazingly. They fixed our warranty for us, they fixed a couple little things on the boat and they got us an appointment in right away to make sure our boat and accessories were working like fine wine for our Key West trip coming up.
