Came to lake for a 4 day fishing trip but boat would not start. Called Bob late afternoon and he said bring it in first thing next morning and they would try to get me on the water. Showed up and they promptly came out to back me up to shop doors and went to work. Ended up being something relatively simple, fixed it, even made some steering adjustments and got me on the road in less than an hour. Thank you guys for friendly and great service!
Nobody could be bothered to help us while we were there. Put an offer down on a used boat and let us know he would reach out tomorrow. We called the next day and they sold the boat from underneath us. Poor customer service and will never receive a dime from us. I do not recommend this dealer.
Had a good experience working with Gregg and Bob. Those guys know boats. Like everyone else, they're experiencing a labor shortage which makes repair and service take just a little longer. The 2 full time marine mechanics they do have are stellar! Treated me well. Fair pricing on parts and labor. Good experience! I definitely recommend.
I purchased my boat from Beacon Marine and was pleased with the purchase but now it needs service and they told me it would be 3 weeks before they could get to it. After two weeks they asked me to get the boat and remove the old fuel out. I did that and it was another week before they looked at it. They replaced spark plugs, fuel filter and put on a new bulb pump and hose said my boat was good to go. After almost 500 dollars.Took the boat out the next day and it still had the same problem I took it in for. Brought the boat right back to the shop and called them almost a week later and they still hadn't even looked at it again and said there tech was preparing two new boats for customers and that took precedence over my problem I waited 3 more days called again and now they tell me it will be another 5 days before he can get to it. I purchased my boat brand new from them and this is the customer service I get. Do not recommend purchasing from them because of their bad customer service.
