Update: I have now purchased 3 boats from Chuck and Atlantic Marine, and had them sell another boat for me on consignment. Chuck is a great human being, and I would barter to say the best sales person I have worked with for any purchase. He constantly goes above and beyond and makes himself very available for the million phone calls I have bugged him with over the past almost two years. Robert the GM and Tom who handles all the documentation stuff are also awesome to work with, and are there to help with anything you may need. I am very thankful to have stopped into Atlantic marine and have been treated like family. If you are in the market for a boat, give these guys a shout. You will not be disappointed. I recently just purchased a twenty foot Tidewater from Atlantic Marine St. Augustine and worked with their salesperson, Chuck. He is very knowledgeable. I told him that this was my first boat and he would have to show me everything. He explained, guided, and taught both my son and I how to use everything on the boat, including the garmin, other accessories, etc, during a sea trial hands-on. I could not ask for anything more, and it was a great experience. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my boating needs. Chuck also stayed in contact with me after the sale with my questions and concerns. The only thing was when me and my family used the boat in the water for the first time, The radio deck itself went out. It did not work. I did get with Chuck, who is guiding us through the resolution and will come back and update with the results. Other than that, no complaints. I definitely recommend going to Atlantic Marine St. Augustine.
