I have to a shoutout to Tom "the Boat Guy" Koetter. I spoke with him about buying a Chaparral boat but brought a used one privately. However, tonight at about 6:30 p.m. I had an issue with the Surf Gate on the Chaparral that my mechanic could not help, and I was seriously stressed for the week with family visiting - I texted Tom, who responded immediately and offered to and did walk me through the issue, and resolved the problem!! I thought something serious was wrong - he ran me through the process, and no issue!!! Strongly recommend Tom the Boat Guy!!
