Brian is an excellent source. He took time from his busy schedule to help me. Due to his excellent knowledge i am extremely interested in purchasing a Chapparel. I was initially going to look at a Cobalt. Not only did he not bad mouth the other brand he said they were actually very nice boats too and he had experience with them. He also gave me their address! He took the time to print out specific literature also. I am doing my research. Suffice it to say this is a nice place!

If I could give Tony and Kerri 10 stars I would. I bought a boat from one of their competitors down the street, and when I asked that guy about service he said, "we are full service." That turned out to be about as far from the truth as you can imagine. I couldn't even get them to get me on the schedule to drive down the road and take a look at my boat in the local marina with multiple in-person visits. The guy in the shop literally wrote my name and number down on a post-it note on one occasion, and in a random paper notepad on the other! Needless to say, I never got a call back. Fast forward to my experience when I contacted Arnold's boats and motors. 100% better in every way. I dropped by the shop to request that they take a look at my boat which had been in the water for 2 years without regular maintenance. They had a tech meet me at the marina probably within a week or two. He had the boat up and running in short order, completely turn-key. Tony is obviously a very busy guy, but he stayed in touch when I let them know I wanted to get my boat tuned up and redo the interior (was pretty rough) to sell as I was leaving the area. He said basically, no problem; we will pull it out for you and store it over the winter, get the interior redone, go through the mechanicals, etc, and settle up when we sell it next season. Arnold's was able to do exactly that, and I couldn't be happier with my overall experience. I'd be remiss if I failed to mention Kerri who I think runs the front office and was super responsive and made my entire experience working with them an absolute pleasure. They make a great team. TLDR: Buy your boat from Arnolds and let them take care of it for you. If you bought your boat from someone else and they aren't taking care of you, give Arnold's a call. You won't be disappointed. After two months of flood waters and documentation delays, finally got to pick her up to bring home sight unseen 5 hours away. Couldn't say enough nice things about the team at Arnolds's. Brian went above and beyond with all my constant questions and requests. His knowledge of Cobalt Boats is incredible. The TV star owner Tony worked his magic and helped get us on the road before the Derby took over the town. Thank you all at Arnold's.

We were absolutely thrilled with the buying experience of our Chaparral from ordering to delivery with the Arnold's sales team! Brian did a spectacular job answering all of our questions with no haggling at any point, and I feel we got the best price given the current market. I wouldn't go anywhere else after our experience, and will only recommend Arnold's to family and friends in the boat market. Looking forward to continuing to work with their service department throughout the life of our boat!

Purchased a 2022 Godfrey Aquapatio from Arnold's this year. What a beautiful boat and what a great experience throughout with Tony and his team. Brian was our salesman, his experience helped make the purchase a breeze. We just had our first 20 hour service, the ease of dropping off to pulling back in to a completely detailed boat for pick up takes the service to the next level. We have always been treated with the highest level no matter what we have owned in the past. Best dealer and service by far!!
