Outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived the team at Aquaknox exceeded expectations. We had begun our search for a new tritoon 2 weeks earlier in the Greater Knoxville area. Throughout the search we were met with great people. However, this team knocks it out of the park. Sales and service are totally in lockstep to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction with a laser focus on customer needs. We purchased a Harris Sunliner 230XL. This boat is extremely high quality. Our first experience was with Ryan in West Knoxville, who introduced us to the Harris brand and Aquaknox. He was great to work with and followed up regularly. Trent, the sales manager and Joe, the service manager made us feel confident in our decision with their knowledge, experience and patience. The delivery was done by Logan, a service professional who was thorough and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the boat. I highly recommend Aquaknox for a new boat!
