I’ve hauled out at Anchorage 3 times now and it’s always been a great experience. There is always plenty of guys to grab lines and help get your boat situated. Ed and Ian are excellent people to work with! Very understanding and helpful! They always make it work. Ian had helped me get everything from paint to high strength shackles that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Ed had them replace the plastic on the slings after I buffed my boat hull. The best work yard I’ve been to! 👌🏽
Very hard-working staff and excellent management. You can't beat going to a family-owned marina. These guys are great! And they have just about everything you need. If you are a veteran then this is a place for you.
My wife and I are thankful for Ed , Ian , Ken , colleen , sail boat Steve and there whole staff at Anchorage. We have been to many marinas in my 44 years of living,growing up on boats , my wife and i have been all over the Bahamas , fl keys Ect and have never seen such communication and customer service like this place . very helpful, honest and take care of customers . You go to a marina for a lot of reasons but the staff is not usually high on the priority list. I moved to Melbourne, Florida from New Jersey and initially stored our boat at a marina in Palm Bay. That experience was not the best. A local marine mechanic recommended we switch to Anchorage Yacht Basin and we honestly, could not be happier. The location, at the convergence of the Indian River by the Eau Gallie Causeway and the entrance to the Banana River is excellent and convenient. But even more important, the entire staff is top shelf. The marina workers Conner, Jared, Shawn (Sean?), Steve and I may be forgetting someone, are always cheerful, helpful and ready to give a hand. When we come back in off the water, they are always waiting at the dock to take our lines or help in getting the boat tied up. They take the time to get to know you and are always willing to give a hand in any way needed. The owner(s) are always available to speak with, if needed. They really care about your satisfaction. Colleen, at the front desk in the office/ store is always a delight to chat with and willing to help in any way. We store our boat inside the warehouse in the rack storage and any time I call to have the boat put in the water, it is done quickly. At the end of our boating day, they lift the boat out of the water and put it on wash racks so we can clean it up before being put away. This really helps keep our boat clean and ready to use. I honestly could not give higher praise to the staff and facility at Anchorage Yacht Basin . . . OH!! and they have an excellent food truck right on the premises that serves great meals at very reasonable prices. If you are in the Melbourne area and trying to decide where is a good place to keep your boat, come here. You will be glad you did.
Due to severe storms this past weekend I tied up at Anchorage Yacht Basin for the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ed and his team are super easy to work with and went out of their way to lend me a hand. When I filled up at the fuel dock everyone was helpful and moved some boats around to get me in quicker. Great team and facility. I will be using their services again!
