I would give these guys a 1 but the sales process was fine. Post sales , these folks were horrible and unhelpful. I paid $345k for a 32 foot Grady. If they got the standard commission, they made $34.k! These folks brokered it and were the original sellers and did all the maintenance including the prep for the season. The very next day after I brought it home, i lost the starboard engine, all steering, bow thruster and all kinds of alarms going off. We were lucky enough to throw a line to someone on the dock and get pulled back into another boaters slip. Allen Harbor refused to send a tech to look at it then offered to pay my marina to fix it if it was their fault. Turns out the tech who installed the battery used a rusted bolt which was improperly torqued and the battery post on the ground side was cracked. Total cost to me was $600. Ben offered to cover only $125 which i felt was not fair considering we used one of my old used batteries! They wouldn’t explain their math either. I said fine let’s just be down. Never got the check. DON’T TRUST THESE GUYS, especially if you boat somewhere else. They know you’re not going back for service.

Had my Regulator repowered with Yamaha engines. All new rigging and controls installed. Also had the boat completely refurbished. Allen Harbor did an amazing job and completed the overhaul in a timely manner. Superb service and craftsmanship. Highly recommend.
