Always do a good job, pleasant employees, definitely recommend for boat service.
We’ve had a horrible experience with this company. We paid them to rebuild our outdrive. They kinked the gear cable then charged us to repair it but took forever to repair. The outdrive is taking on water and the seals they replaced twice are leaking. Billy doesn’t return phone calls. Now paying another company to fix their shoddy work! The work order is under Jeff Baker. We just had Hilltop pull the outdrive and they found that the seals were torn because they were pinched when they were installed and they were the wrong seals. We're terribly disappointed in your work and lack of response. So interesting that you would respond to this but you wouldn't return our call all Winter!
All Boats showed up and showed out for me and my family today! We got my kids all ready for the lake and the boat ready to go on the water and at the last minute noticed it was leaking oil. My kids were so disappointed. I called All Boats and they were kind enough to let us come and take a quick look at it. Come to find out it was just a cracked reservoir tank and took 5 minutes to fix. We are so grateful for their prompt help and support. We were able to take our kids out on the lake and have a great time! Thanks ALL BOATS!
Allboats is an up front no nonsense kind of business. I’ve done business with them on several occasions and they were always reliable and trustworthy. I called in complete melt down and they went over and beyond to help me out. Much more than I can say for the other dealerships around Lake Cumberland. I wouldn’t do business with anyone else in the area. Good guys and the Techs are very knowledgeable.
Came in on a Saturday last minute with electrical issues. And the team squeezed me in and fixed our boat quickly so that we could enjoy our long weekend. very helpful
