My wife and I stopped to look at a pontoon boat. Are salesman was Ryan very friendly and knowledgeable. We said we'd think about it came back a little bit later which now it was 10 to 5:00. He stayed later to get the paperwork done with us. When it came to picking up the boat he went above and beyond to take care of us. He actually came in on his day off I'm not saying this is normal but he did it for us. So I cannot say enough good things about him and the company. We are very impressed with the service our salesman and the company overall

Excellent customer service. Not pushy, very knowledgeable! We just purchased a Tahoe Pontoon. We love the quality, the look, and oh my does it slice through the big waves like butter. We have back issues and finally we can enjoy the lake without fear of getting pounded out there. I highly recommend this company.
Stopped in to check out you're boats on Saturday 9-12-2020 in the afternoon. Only one salesman on duty. We were really interested in a couple of pontoons. When he was told that we were not lake of the ozarks residents and boated and had property at Pomme De terr, he said, "this is to much boat for that lake". He then gave me a business card and left us standing in the parking lot! I'm sure my money is just as good even if I dont live on the Lake of the Ozarks. Pretty rude way to treat people. Wont EVER buy anything from this outfit.
The staff member that we talked to was extremely rude just because we weren't dressed as well as we could be they automatically assumed that we can't afford anything on the lot. saying They don't have any used boats at this time and they're starting boat was about $80000 and That there was some sort of boat trader magazine inside the office and our fingers could do the walking.
