These folks are great! I have been going there for many years and they always do their best to accommodate! Most recently I had to replace a broken trailer and on short notice (and in heavy rain) they pulled my boat and fitted to a new trailer! Thanks so much PS: they also have a great selection of snacks if you have to wait!
Consistant excellence & focus on customer needs. I run a service based company in New Jersey and use Ablertsons for my boating needs when at our East End Home enjoying the area. Albertson's get's it! The key is fowards focused customer service & intergity! An Honest family run business who truely cares about their customers! I tore a trim tab off my boat running from Jersey City to the East End. We had a trip planed in a few days to Block. One call to Albertsons Service department & they schedule to Haul me out promptly to initaite a repair. 44,000lbs is not a small haul. Albertson's service Department kept in touch all along the way (outstanding communication) until they called and said your ready to go back in the water can you make it down here ASAP? They waiting for me and made sure we were safely back in the water. Happy Ending to the Story; We made it to Block and had a Great Time Thanks to Albertson's quick service.
