Bought a new boat here and worked with Greg Schroll. Greg was straight up and communicated all the time. The transaction went smoothly and the boat was prepped nicely. We also asked that a VHF be installed overhead and the mechanic did a great job. The Yamaha boat is awesome and stunning. We are having a very good time running in the Gulf. Come time for the 10 hour service, we took it back and met Allan in service. Allan stayed in communication and the 10hr checkin and various warranty issues were handled. I could not ask for a better experience and we are glad that we took the trip to Dothan from Panama City.
I had a problem with a Yamaha outboard that I bought from another dealer. I called Action Marine and spoke to Chris in the service dept. He basically told me what was wrong afrer describing my issue. He fixed my issue over the phone. I look forward to having Chris and his team at Action Marine to do all my service work going forward.
Really cool guy in the parts depth. Forgot his name. Older gentleman. My husband has been dealing with them a long time. He called, they got his items together, even the one they new he needed but forgot to me to mention it. It was ready with a smile and chit chat when I got there. Great customer service. Having decided on exact model boat my wife and I were looking for we went to Boyd's to look at one. We were greeted by Kieth who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was disipointed to find out the did not have a new one in stock. BUT they had just gotten in on trade one just a year old in excellent condition.
