I shopped for several months trying to find the boat, motor and trailer I wanted. A Boat House had just what I was looking for at the right price. Their down home customer service and willingness to stay open a little later on a Saturday to accommodate me and my wife driving from Wetumpka Alabama to Georgia was the icing on the cake. Thanks for great customer service and a quality product.
We have been looking for an upgrade to our pontoon boat for almost two years. We exhausted several formats to find the right boat and came across the ad from A Boat House in Douglassville, GA. They had a video of the boat along with their ad. It was just what we were looking for. Negotiating a long distance sale has it`s hurdles. Landdon was great to work with, answered every question, responded to all of our inquiries quickly, worked with his GM to make a deal for the boat and assisted with our trade in so much, that we had to make the deal. Over the years and after several moves for work, we have always had a boat. We have dealt with many companies who sell boats; however dealing with A Boat House was the best relationship that we have ever had in negotiating buying a new boat. The office manager (Meredith) handled all of the paperwork seamlessly and the GM (Joe) did a video of all of the working parts of the boat for us to see how it works and is designed. It was extremely beneficial for us in buying a boat sight unseen. We live in Virginia and bought a new boat from Fort Wayne, IN. We never received that kind of support. Buying a boat from A Boat House in Douglasville, GA will get you a great deal and a Customer Service that is the best in the business. In working with them, you can`t go wrong.
