I am one to rarely write reviews, but this firm really represented me in the best way and was persistent about my wants and needs with the purchase of my dream boat. Austin consistently kept in touch with me over the months to find the exact yacht I was looking for. He follows through with all of your wishes and assures a customer that he will actually stand by your side throughout the process. Many broke that I’ve spoken to in the past really wanted the sale, but didn’t want to put in the work. He did an extraordinary job, along with Mark, his superior at 50 North. I would definitely use them over and over and I have zero regrets with our purchase.
Incredible Experience! We worked with Austin B. and we expected the average sales experience. This was our first boat buying experience and as a result we had a ton of questions. Austin upheld his fiduciary duty to not only us (the buyers) but the seller as well. At no point in time did I feel this was an ordinary transaction. While maintaining a professional relationship it felt like I was communicating with a friend. Austin was responsive in his communication and honest when he didn't have an answer readily available. He was excellent in managing and scheduling required tests along with providing all information that was required of me. Flexible, understanding and most importantly he cared about our wants and needs. Throughout my vessel buying process I spoke to a TON of different people, be it individual sellers or other folks representing companies. This was by far an incredible experience and more than I could have even hoped for.
