Buyer Tip
For a 17-year-old Forester Natl, prioritize a pre-purchase inspection by an independent mechanic who knows the model. Ask specifically about common 2009 model-year issues, verify the title is clean, and assume any "we just replaced…" claim needs paperwork to back it up.
