Drove all the way from Ruidoso since the vehicle is under warranty scheduled this appointment several weeks earlier, so waited patiently for them to get me in showed up at 1130 and they said I was supposed to be there at 900 so I can go back to Ruidoso and bring it back on the 30th. This is what you call customer service I've already been waiting for a month now I can drive an hour and a half back and come back in 2 weeks. Worse part about it was they gave no other options or cared about the inconvenience.
