Our experience at Valley Honda was nothing short of amazing. We walked in and the place was so busy I immediately thought, we’re going to be waiting here forever! We never once felt pressured. I was so impressed at his ability to just listen. He was calm and very patient. Since this wasn’t our first rodeo in buying a car, our 3rd from Valley, he reviewed when necessary and taught when appropriate, especially when it came to our finance options. When we finally said yes to a new car, our time with Tyler D., Business Manager, was as enjoyable. Who could say that when they’re making such an important purchase they’re having a great time trusting the process. In the end, we drove away loving our new Honda and feeling respected and heard.
