I had a question on purchasing a charger for a VX8 Duo and they texted me back within 5 minutes and they said they went out of stock for the moment but pointed me in the right direction first try! Very grateful for the service I was given, highly recommend them
I bought a 1500 watt scooter. The shock snapped as I was riding at 15 miles an hour or more. About a mouth after I bought it. Was the worst fall I ever had. Double check all the parts before you ride! Customer service SUCKS!!🤬 They did send me a brand new one it just took a long time. They give you no option for Speedy deliveries it takes a week 1/2 or 2 weeks to get your parts on the heavier items, small items two-day option. They give you email confirmation on parts that you purchase, comes couple of days later. Some of the parts and material are made from China. Wear all protective gear riding these scooters they are dangerous! If you are ordering from out of this state be patient it will take awhile. Good luck folks👎🏽
