After being treated very poorly at 3 other dealerships I was finally able to make a deal at Stokes. The manager and the sales person Wyatt were absolutely amazing. They listened to what I wanted and instead of trying to force me into a car I didnt want like the previous dealerships in Savannah they worked me an amazing deal on exactly what I wanted. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. Their fees are also thousands lower than other dealerships I worked with.
On Thursday, February, 12, I was unable to start my Honda. I called Stokes and was put in touch with Gregg Marchetta. Gregg tried to walk me through starting the car, but the car wouldn't start. He graciously dispatched Patrick, who works in the Service Department, to my location. Patrick determined that the battery was dead. He was able to charge the battery with a battery charger he brought. I followed Patrick back to Stokes to purchase a new battery. Because of the nature of my work (patient care), Patrick called the service department in advance to request that a battery be readily available for installation when I arrived. Once I arrived, without hesitation, Gregg expedited the service of my vehicle, and I was in/out within 45 min. I am so grateful to Gregg for trying to help me start the car while on the phone, sending Patrick to help me (when the car wouldn't start), and then expediting the quick installation of a new battery. Stokes Honda is very fortunate to have Gregg and Patrick. They provided exceptional, courteous, professional customer service without hesitation in an emergency situation. I am so grateful to them for all of their help! Thank you Gregg and Patrick! You're the Best! I have purchased many vehicles from Stokes Honda for over 30 years. Absolutely the most pleasant car buying experience ever!!! Mostly due to a gentleman/salesman that was extraordinary. Joe Smalls not only knows vehicles but he is passionate about satisfying the customer. Newer cars have so many new features that need explained. Joe took hours after closing the deal to explain every detail. (the price was very fair) The staff at the dealership went out of their way to help in any way they could. The maintenance man actually stopped what he was doing to help get a cup of hot chocolate for my wife. The finance manager has worked there for two decades. He does it because he loves his job. Kudos David Norman!! One doesn't find this kind of help very often. If ten stars were available Joe and staff would get them .
