My husband and I had an amazing experience at Southern Honda Powersports with Todd Hudson. He friendly and informative and low pressure, which was exactly what we needed. The dealership has the best prices without any hidden dealer fees. The business is super clean and fully stocked with every Honda bike you could imagine. We came home with 2 Trail 125’s as I am new to the sport and we wanted some small bikes to take with our RV. I highly recommend this business, and a Todd in particular for giving us the straight prices and not wasting time with hidden fees. We also appreciate help loading and securing the bikes. When we are ready for new ones, we will be back!
I will have to say that this is the best place to go for buying a Honda great facility very knowledgeable staff. Todd Hudson was my sales pro he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and I really appreciate his help. My experience was so fantastic I have to leave a positive review. Rode my bike in 25 degree weather from Atlanta just to have these guys do the first oil change. I wouldn’t let anybody else touch it. Doug is an amazing man to get me my brand new CB 1000 and I love it. He was so easy to talk to and deal with. And the service department will be doing all my Mainteance to this bike. So far do gray with these guys. I highly recommend this Honda dealership.
My brother purchased a motorcycle from Southeastern Honda Motorsports and I went with him to pick it up. They offered him a very generous trade and a super deal on his new Honda. The salesman was not only courteous, but a true biker who really understood the product. He could answer questions from a technical view and a rider's view. Everything from the showroom to the people doing paperwork and the service personnel are top drawer pro fessionals and very friendly. From Birmingham to Chattanooga. It’s easy to give a positive review when things go smooth. In my experience with buying a motorcycle or car it usually comes with some drama. This was my first experience with Southern Honda. From the moment I stepped on the floor and asked for help with a test ride on a 2025 Goldwing. The experience was unlike any other I’ve ever had. The manager John was so awesome. He didn’t just sit behind a desk. He was envolved in every aspect with transparency and honesty. What a refreshing change. He put me on to Cooper the “sales” guy. Another cool dude that gave me the attention I needed and respected every question by looking for answers when he may not have known. A mark of a pro. It was not easy saying goodbye to my 22 Roadglide. But once I drove off on the 25 anniversary edition Goldwing. I didn’t look back. Now, to the finance office. WOW was I surprised. I was expected a fight as usual. Man was I wrong. Finally, when something goes wrong it’s when you see what people and organizations are made of. They made an error on the paperwork with the VIN number. Obviously something important. They fixed it and I was happy to help them do so. That’s why it’s important to keep customers happy. Keep them coming back for more! Well done guys!!!
