I have never had such an appalling experience as I have trying to buy one of three bikes to teach someone to ride in sequence for cash. I’m not a newbie in this process as I have purchased over 12 bikes over the past few years and am proficient with motorcycles. I came and identified the bike I wanted. They had a price on it, but the salesman couldn’t tell me what I needed to pay for it. He got a manager. Who took forever to come back and then proceeded to help a new customer who had walked in. I get it they’re busy so I told them I was rushed as I was and will have to have him call me on my phone as all I’m looking for is the out the door price. Now all I’ve gotten is several calls where they’re asking me to come back in and won’t even give me an indication of what the price may be. quite frankly my time is more important than theirs especially to me. i’ve heard nothing about nightmares from the group I ride with with about this company and their jacked up fees and I guess it is correct As they probably know that unless you’re in there under a high pressure situation, there’s no way they can get anybody to pay them. Avoid at all costs. Unfortunately, this seems to be the edge for chinese companies to get into the market as many of them ship direct now and bikes are not that difficult to assemble. Even though they produce.a relatively crap product, avoiding the pain that a dealership like Ride Now causes May be worth it. Now I have to go find one on the used market.

We walked in initially amazed and ready to make a purchase for a used bike we saw listed on their website for $4,700. Upon speaking with them, suddenly the price was over $8,500??? Even after slicing off the bogus add-ons, it still sat at $6,700 firm... Including tax, but there were still fees from their shop that were not disclosed online. BAIT AND SWITCH. They then started telling us a sad story that they had the bike for over 120 days and "needed to sell it" to build unnecessary pressure. Right. Trash business. We walked out as a bought elsewhere for significantly cheaper. I don't like being scammed. Never coming here again.
