We drove 9 hours to purchase a side by side from RideNow Powersports. It was well worth the drive! As soon as we walked up to the door Kei greeted us at the front door and assisted us through the whole purchase process. From sales, to parts and financing they made us feel like family! I wish we lived closer for regular visits and services!

No pressure, no rush and they took what I said to heart. I came to look at a Kawasaki Concours and some adventure bikes and ultimately chose a used 2023 Indian Scout Rogue ABS with only 800 miles at a great price. Other dealers within several hundred miles wanted significantly more one.
This was a fun experience buying a new bike. The process was easy and the staff was accommodating. I had a strong desire to pay the hole price up front but my bank made it difficult for me to pay it all at once. The team adapted around the issue and worked with me. I very much enjoyed hanging out with Brandon S. From what he told me he is not a sales rep. However at the time, the sails team were with other customers, so he stepped in and helped me out. So, thanks Brandon and I look forward to seeing you next time when it's time for my bike to be serviced.
I found a bike I’d been wanting for a while in stock, so I contacted the sales consultant (Shane Lyons), and he took excellent care of me. He answered all of my questions, researched answers when he needed to (and didn’t make up an answer, as sadly too many other sales consultants sometimes do, when he didn’t know the answer of the top of his head). The pricing was fair, and the attention and service I got from all the folks I worked with in sales, service, parts and finance was top shelf. Shane really deserves a raise for taking such good care of his customers!
