I recently purchased a 2026 BMW X7 and had one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I custom ordered my X7, and Jacob Woods is the salesman that guided me through the entire process from the factory order to delivery at the dealership. He was outstanding from start to finish. Jacob is knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushed me to buy before I was ready. I had a specific request to wait until a certain date to finalize the purchase, and he honored that completely which was something no other dealership/salesperson was willing to honor, but he did without hesitation. Jacob is more than just a salesman; he's a friend who genuinely wanted to help me get exactly what I envisioned for a dream build. He listened, respected my timeline, and gave honest guidance every step of the way. Jim was the finance manager who helped us with the financial side of the paperwork. He was also great to work with since he is efficient, transparent, and made the paperwork quick and stressfree. I used to take my car at Northlake service center for scheduled and all other repairs but had issues every single time, it was a disaster. Moved to the Independence Blvd location and the difference is like night and day. Had scheduled maintenance, spark plugs, tires replacement, etc. very consistent service. Everybody is courteous, I’ve had zero issues, communication is prompt and accurate and my service advisor David O. is awesome. Highly recommended!!!
I want to leave a review here for Mr. Philip Allen over at Hendrick BMW. I gotta tell you that this has been the most pleasant experience for me ever in buying a car. He is so professional he been in contact with me. I was running late and basically we came in and we made a deal and the deal that I was very happy with, and like I said extremely extremely professional salesman very nice person. This car buying purchase went way smoother than I expected which is a huge plus. I worked with Axavia on the vehicle purchase and have nothing but great things say about him and his level of professionalism service and communication I received from him. I shopped online and picked the car I wanted and called the dealership all of my question were answered and in a week I flew in was greeted and picked up by Axavia at the airport took me to the dealership not mention he came in on his day off to make sure all is well my car was waiting me.
