This is a really good dealership. They're all genuine bike people who really care about customer satisfaction. The store owner went out of his way, and delivered my bike to me personally--about a 2-hour trip. They have earned my business!
The absolute worst service department. I know they can't control shipping but they should say that upfront. Instead they lie about when they will have your bike done to trap you, then guess what ," we haven't got the part yet" so your stuck. Then they get the part which only takes an hour tops to install but they don't get to work until a day or two later. Now it's been over a week when you were quoted 1-2 days. This is the second and last time they've got me the exact same way. Then the cherry on top is they charge you $100 more than they quoted in the first place. Never again!

Despite everyone telling me not to buy a bike from here, I didn’t listen. Instead got hit with hidden fee’s when came time to sign the contract. (1st time buyer, didn’t know better) anyway, Totaled the bike and have been trying for 10 weeks to cancel the protection plus. The guy in the front knows absolutely nothing about anything dealing with bikes (Jeff) and has to ask the manager (which is never there) for everything since he dosnt know. Since the manager is never there sometimes a simple question can take a week for an answer. I went in there atleast 1-2x a week asking if there was anything we could do and continually got told no. Finally after 8 weeks, they call and find out Kawasaki needed addition info from them to cancel the claim and than will take 4-6 weeks to actually cancel the extended warranty. Worried about missing the gap pay off Bc no one here can do their job. Wish I could give less than a star. Update: 6 months down the road and we finally finished the paper work or so I thought. They mailed the check to the bank last week and now just called me to tell me there’s one more item I need to cancel. And since it’s pro rated payout I’ve missed out on 6 months worth of pay back. Told them I would be in today since I’ve missed out on those 6 months and got told, “can you come in tomorrow, I’m not feeling well.” I would really Advise everyone to stay far away from this place.
We bought a new motorcycle for my son and rainbow was higher in price on a two year older motorcycle than where we ended up purchasing from. We bought helmet and riding gear there which was reasonable but you should definitely shop around for big ticket items. Rainbow owner thank you for your reply and I will definitely shop your store in the future. I was told over the phone not in writing that a ttr50e would be around $2600 after misc fees. Where we went was $1899 out the door everything included. Maybe there was a misunderstanding and rainbow sells this bike in a 2023 out the door for $1899 as well?
