When Daniel’s shift ended, his colleague, Danish Khan, seamlessly took over and closed the deal. Danish was a natural, very accommodating, and made the process smooth and easy. Mr. Vu was incredibly kind and experienced, providing excellent guidance and advice on financing. The entire experience was seamless, and I drove off the lot feeling extremely happy. As a first-time car buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience.

Deliveries are always seamless, and the process never feels like work which, frankly, is rare. I honestly wish I could use Linh for all of my vehicle purchases. Great and helpful place, but wait times can be unpredictable. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and the service itself is good. However, the time it takes to get your car serviced really varies—even with an appointment. The first time I went in with an appointment, I waited about 1½ hours. The next time, for the same service and also with an appointment, I ended up waiting 4 hours. I did call last minute to make the appointment and they were able to schedule me for the same day, which I appreciated. I initially thought I just got lucky, but it seems like they may be overbooking appointments. I would have preferred coming in another day rather than waiting so long. Overall, a good place—just wish appointment times were more accurate.
