Great service overall. We hit a few bumps during the purchasing process, but I was able to walk away happy and with a win in the end. Jonathan was awesome—very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. Just be prepared to spend most of the day at the dealership. That said, the final outcome made it worth it. The only hiccup was that the vehicle came with just one key fob, so the dealership now has to order another one and I’ll need to drive from Tampa to pick it up. Aside from that, it was a solid experience. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, no matter where you’re coming from. The managers were awesome as well.

Another excellent buying experience at Mullinax Ford Apopka. I bring my entire family and friends to my salesman Devon King. He's very understanding, patient and aims to ensure we are satisfied with our vehicle choice. And trust me, I know you don't normally hear this at all, but I was actually satisfied with my trade value. Everyone here was very kind and attentive. Also, the managers were very helpful in the buying process of my 25 Ford F150, lightning making the purchase very fast, fun and easy. I recommend you tell your friends and family to give them a try as well. As they say, It can't hurt to try.

Had been looking for a used F-150 for some time. Saw that Mullinax had taken a local trade and contacted them. I worked with Barry Ross, who was very helpful and responsive. I live a few hours from the dealership, so it was great to be able to manage the purchase remotely and have the truck delivered at no additional cost. Appreciated that Mullinex has no extra dealer fees. Just tax, title and tags. Only reason the rating is not 5 stars is the upfront price was above the market valuation. But happy overall with the service and buying experience and would recommend Mullinax to others for new or used vehicles.

We returned on Tuesday 16 2025 and the exceptional service continue. There was a team member offering water and coffee, ensuring we were comfortable throughout the process. When it came time to finalize the purchase, we worked with Cesar Molano to complete the paperwork. Cesar provided outstanding customer service carefully reviewing maintenance information, he made us feel valued not just costumers purchasing a truck, but like family. before we left Joe made sure we fully understood how to use the truck and apps.
